British Oak barbecue charcoal is made from a dense, heavy wood that splits radially along it’s medullary rays. This makes a charcoal that burns for a long time, but with channels that allow good airflow and therefore controllability.
Oak charcoal will give you a slightly smokey flavour, so great for stronger meats such as beef or game.
Available in 6kg recycled and recyclable paper bags.
