RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to return a product then please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

For any goods purchased you have a cooling-off period of 14 days in which to cancel the order. The cooling-off period commences the day after the goods are received.

Any cancellation of the order shall be made in writing to Slate Hill Charcoal Co. Gore Laines Farm, Baydon, Marlborough, Wiltshire SN8 2JX within the cooling-off period.

You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only then will you be entitled to a full refund for the goods. There will be no part refunds. Any goods returned to the supplier will be at your own expense. Either we can arrange for a courier and can email a label for you to print off or you can use your preferred posting method.
