Whisky Oak Cold Smoking Dust is produced by us at our base in Wiltshire. Milled to ensure an even burn to produce maximum smoke and minimal heat. Perfect for using in cold smoking mazes, where you could expect to be able to smoke foods for around ten hours. Usually a cold smoking maze uses around 100g of dust per smoke, so with these 500g bags you could get 50 hours of smoking time! All of our dust is at the correct moisture when shipped to you, so it will produce beautifully flavoured smoke.
This smoking dust comes from Scottish whisky barrels used by names such as Johnny Walker.
